Reviving technology from Jura

One of the knock-on effects of the credit crunch has been a rise in sales of coffee machines. Instead of stopping off for a comparatively expensive caffeine hit on their way into the office, commuters have started to prepare their own morning brews. With time clearly a factor, the easiest to use machines have been the most in demand. This Jura Ena 5 (£595) is one of the better models. It will make espresso, cappuccino or latte, straight from the bean—all you do is press the button. A zero-energy switch also means it doesn't consume any power on stand-by.
