After Hours is a seasonal lifestyle magazine published by Director Publications for the members of the Institute of Directors. Launched to complement Director, After Hours is recognition of the fact that directors have lives outside work. And it has struck a chord with our membership from launch, with readers finding the content and approach appropriate to their lifestyles and interests.
Our aim is to offer a magazine—and now an online resource, too—that reflects members’ attitudes, lifestyles and aspirations. Alongside features on travel, cars, watches and wine, we also run editorial of more general interest, including profiles of unusual personalities and regular listings features. Without losing all the meat, we deliberately aim to keep the editorial short and sharp. But above all, the editorial policy is about having fun and helping readers to get the most out of life.
