The Hideaways Club

The Hideaways Club is launching a city-based fractional ownership scheme in May. The City Collection will offer a selection of 10 two-bedroom apartments in prime destinations, including New York, Barcelona, Prague, Vienna, Paris, Florence and London, and all will have concierge service. Investors pay between £65,000 and £120,000 and in return are allowed 12 to 23 nights in any of the apartments. The club plans to add cities and expand to 120 properties over the next three years.
