The W Hotels group opens its first hotel in London next month. The
W London-Leicester Square is a 10-floor, 192-room building that will also include retail space, a casino, a spa and two restaurants. Its 24-hour concierge service claims to "grant your wishes"—from box seats at a Premier League game to a private shopping trip to Harrods.
