The Rocco Forte Collection opens its latest hotel in a group of historic buildings close to Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge in early May. The Augustine, a seven-building complex, includes a 13th century Augustinian monastery, which will continue operating after the conversion of the property into a 101-bedroom hotel. It also has a spa and fully equipped gym.
