September 29 was a big day for British Airways. Its first all-business flight took off from London City for New York's JFK. The Airbus A319, which has taken Concorde's BA001 flight number, has been reconfigured into an all-business aircraft with 32 flat beds. It is also the first aircraft to allow passengers to use their mobiles and send emails and text messages on board. Chief executive Willie Walsh reckons the flight will turn a profit within a year.
