Virgin Atlantic has reduced the minimum check-in time for Upper Class passengers at Heathrow to as little as 40 minutes before the flight. The Upper Class Wing also has a dedicated security channel. This, says CEO Steve Ridgway, "offers passengers flexibility in their plans whether they are heading off on a business trip or running late after a busy day in the office." Better still, it means more time in the fabulous Clubhouse.
